DreamBDO is a Black Desert Online private server hosted in the SEA region, aimed at players who want good ping from that area. The team describes itself as dedicated and focused, welcoming players regardless of background. The server is currently updated to the Corsair version. According to the team, it is the only project that keeps updating to newer game versions.
